Special notes for purchase and refund directions

  1. Please confirm the changes in cash after the purchase. Claims after having left the counter will not be accepted.
  2. A handling fee will be charge in case of refund or change of tickets and is only available until 4 days prior to the actual event. 
  3. Over 10 days prior to the event, 10% of ticket fee is charged for change/cancellation. From day 4 to day 10, a 20% of ticket fee is charged for change/cancellation. Note: Weekends and Holidays are not included. If sent by mail, the date is judged by postmark date and transfer handling will be charged.
  4. For change or cancellation for tickets sold through Integration Sports, please call +886-2-2707-3286 or refer to Contact.
  5. For change or cancellation for tickets sold through Era Ticket, please call +886-2-2341-9898, refer to Contact, or visit Era Ticket Online.
  6. Ticket bookings for disabled members are available through Era Ticket.

Admission Notice

  1. Be sure to keep your tickets properly. If tickets become lost, damaged, burned or unrecognizable, etc., no replacement or refund can be made. 
  2. Admission for people with disability tickets requires the disability identification.
  3. Food and beverages (e.g. tea, coffee) are not allowed inside the arena.
  4. Please turn off your cellular phones once games have started.
  5. No pets allowed.
  6. Admission will start 2.5 hours before the start of the game. Please refrain from leaving the seats during the game and follow ushers' directions inside the arena. Event organizer reserves the final right to make changes to the programme should it become necessary.
  7. Please confirm the ticket details before the booking. We suggest not to purchase tickets from any user or organization not aforementioned in this article in order to protect your rights. Event organizer reserves the final right to judge the legitimacy of the tickets.
